Job Description: Account Managers are revenue generating, sales focused branding consultants who are the face of our customer relationships providing branded product solutions for our clients. They are responsible for exceeding sales goals and managing and growing new and existing client relationships.

The ability to operate in alignment with Whitestone Gold Standards – You create memorable experiences and connections while developing personally and professionally with the staff, suppliers and customers you meet on your journey with Whitestone.
Leadership of a sales force – This role leads 20 sales professionals and requires prior experience leading and developing a sales team.
Demonstrated skill set of client relationship management – This role is out on the front line with sales communicating with customers on video calls daily and working with the team to grow accounts and manage customer relationships at a high level.
The ability to grow and develop a team – This individual will lead initiatives to continuously develop and unlock the full potential of our sales Team.
You’re a builder and you take initiative – Leadership by example is paramount to the success of this role. It requires an individual who understands value creation in a business.
Essential Responsibilities
Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
Hitting and exceeding sales targets
Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions
Following up regularly with leads and customers
Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
Documenting activities in company CRM
Developing new relationships with prospects handed off by business development
Prospecting new customers through sequenced email campaigns
Converting prospects into customers through a variety of sales activities; intro calls, sales presentation developing and pitching, follow ups, estimating
Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry and market as a whole

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of professional work experience required
1+ years of B2B sales experience required
Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
Variable Compensation:
In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the 2023 Sales Professional Variable Compensation Plan.
Projected On-Target Earnings (OTE): Based on the current Sales Professional Variable Compensation Plan, here are estimations for projected annual on-target earnings (OTE):
Year 1: $70K – $75K.
Year 2: $75K – $100K.
Year 3: $100K – $180K.
Year 4: $150K -$215K
Year 5: $160K – $300K+
