INSPIRATION
As an industry leader in branded merchandise and company store solutions, Whitestone needed its own flagship store to reflect the high-caliber tech and design work delivered to enterprise clients. The initial shop had become outdated, relying on a rigid grid layout and a high-friction checkout experience. To bridge the gap between internal technical capabilities and public-facing presentation, Whitestone set out to recreate its online store as a best-in-class, retail-inspired e-commerce benchmark.
The old, outdated site relied on a rigid layout and a high-friction checkout experience.
PLAN
The revamp began with a comprehensive audit of user drop-off points across the original navigation and multi-step checkout flow. Using Figma, our design team mapped out a streamlined sitemap and built interactive design systems that prioritized intuitive navigation, warm visual aesthetics, and responsive layout structures. The strategic roadmap focused on separating curated collections, such as private label goods and past offsite kits, from core agency services, ensuring the platform served both as an active e-commerce store and an interactive sales tool. Finally, a custom frontend development plan was executed by our tech team to bring these components to life through tailored liquid code and dynamic UI interactions.
The sitemap and created in Figma, built with interactive design system at the forefront.
DELIVERABLES
The project delivered a fully transformed online shop, anchored by a complete Figma UI design kit for rapid future scalability. Crucially, the custom code replaces the old, cluttered cart page with a modern visual cart drawer and a friction-free checkout flow. To reinforce Whitestone's agency expertise, five interactive capability sections detailing Branded Merchandise, Enterprise Solutions, Sustainability, Global Logistics, and Creative Design Services were embedded directly into the homepage experience.
Custom code enhances the check-out experience for ease.
RESULTS
In the five months since the new shop launched in April 2026, average order value rose 120%, from $38.76 to $85.46, compared with more than three years of data from the previous shop. Customers now buy an average of 4.64 items per order, up from 2.17. Daily revenue increased 69.5%, and the catalog grew 53% to 595 active SKUs.
The shop also gives Whitestone’s sales team a live example of our company store capabilities to share with prospective enterprise clients. Our design and tech teams built the new shop, and our coordinators processed every brand order that came through it. Sales brought the shop to clients, which turned the launch into real orders.
