INSPIRATION

Vermeer Canada is one of Whitestone’s enterprise partners with a strong culture of national pride and a distributed workforce. Each season, they invest in elevated, on-brand merchandise to outfit employees across the region. For their Fall/Winter assortment, they wanted apparel that felt proudly Canadian, showcased thoughtful design details, and aligned with their value around sustainability.

This program became the perfect opportunity to connect their identity (Canada-first) with our capabilities (cut & sew + sustainability).

PLAN

Our approach centered on three strategic pillars:

1. Cut & Sew Specialization

We designed a custom apparel assortment that went beyond standard blanks. Beyond creative expression, cut & sew opened the door to a more sustainable story. By producing curated seasonal quantities, we reduced excess inventory and production waste significantly.

2. Proudly Canadian Touchpoints

From the maple leaf iconography to locally-informed palette choices, we built subtle national nods directly into the garments which allowed employees to wear Vermeer pride in a modern, wearable way.

3. Global Fulfillment with Local Experience

Leveraging our Canadian 3PL partners, we fulfilled orders directly through Vermeer’s branded merch store, allowing employees across Canada to order on-demand without cross-border delays or duties.

The result: a seamless ecosystem that united creative, sustainability, and logistics into one enterprise-ready program.

PRODUCT

The FW drop consisted of branded apparel and accessories designed for cold-weather wear and everyday layering, including:

CUSTOM CUT & SEW HOODIES: Featuring maple lead iconography.

CUSTOM WAFFLE BEANIES: Or toques, if you’re Canadian. For the perfect cold-weather accessory.

PROUDLY CANADIAN manufacturing partners to reinforce national price and reduce transport impact.

ECO-CONSCIOUS details across materials, packaging, and sourcing.

Items were created for employee use and lived inside Vermeer’s dedicated Canadian warehouse for easy replenishment.

RESULTS

This collection reinforced that enterprise apparel can be both high-quality and brand-forward, showcasing Whitestone's cut & sew capabilities for larger seasonal programs. By fulfilling entirely within Canada, Vermeer avoided cross-border complexity, shortened delivery windows, and maintained a cohesive regional experience that aligned with their operational needs.

The final assortment blended Canadian identity with sustainability, creating merchandise Vermeer employees are genuinely proud to wear.
