Air Travel

As you prepare to embark on your adventure, be sure to keep an eye on your flight itineraries as it relates to time changes, updates to schedule or gate, and weather. Should there be any changes or issues needing attention, please handle accordingly with your respective airlines. In case of emergency, flight cancellation, or issues with flight itineraries, please text or call Chris at 973-570-1880. Aim to arrive at the airport at least two hours in advance to ensure a timely departure.

Luggage

Whitestone is happy to cover the cost of one checked bag for each of your flights to and from Denver. If you have not yet added a checked bag to your flight itinerary during the booking process, here are some helpful tips and options:

A best practice is to utilize your airline’s mobile app for both flight check-in and bag check. A helpful tip would be to add and pay for your checked bag via the airline’s mobile app to save time upon arriving at the airport. 

You may use your company credit card for purchase should you utilize your airline’s mobile app for check-in. 

If you plan to check a bag when you arrive at the airport via the airline service desk, please use your own method of payment and submit this expense for reimbursement upon your return from Whitestone Adventure. 

Arrival in Denver

As you plan your travels from the airport to the hotel, please plan on meeting up with fellow Team Members that are arriving at a similar time as you to share an Uber or Lyft to the hotel. Click below to see arrival times:

Once you retrieve your bags, plan on catching an Uber or Lyft to The Source Hotel Denver for check-in. Here is the address: 3330 Brighton Blvd. Denver, CO 80216

If your room is not available upon arrival, feel free to drop your bags at the bell stand and explore the hotel and RiNo district before our Welcome Happy Hour at 2:30 PM. There will be plenty of time nearing the close of our happy hour to check-in to your room and freshen up before we meet for Dinner!

Once you arrive, feel free to pay a visit to the front desk to find out if your room is available. The hotel has communicated that they will not be able to guarantee check-in until 4:00 PM.

Upon check-in, the hotel will confirm your information and ask for the following required documentation:

  • Photo Identification: drivers license, passport, etc.

  • Credit or Debit Card

    Please note that the front desk will not charge your card upon check-in, though a credit or debit card is required before being assigned to a guest room.

    The hotel has communicated with us that the only time your card will be charged is if you expense and food, beverage or incidentals to your hotel room throughout your stay. Please be sure to refer to our Expense Policy regarding what may or may not be considered a reimbursable expense.
