INSPIRATION
TitanX built its sales platform around one idea. Its Phone Intent technology predicts which prospects will answer a cold call before a rep dials, so sales teams spend their time on conversations that actually happen. For Precision ‘26, TitanX applied the same thinking to its client event. The company rented out AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and kept the guest list to just over 100 invited clients for two days on the field.
The small guest list fits a shift we’ve been tracking. Quiet Revival, one of the five trends in Whitestone’s 2026 Trend Forecast, follows people stepping back from their screens and placing more value on time spent together in person. TitanX’s clients spend most of their working hours on calls and in dashboards. An invite-only gathering on an NFL field brought them together face to face.
L&B Management brought Whitestone in to build the merchandise program. TitanX’s line for the event was “The Volume Era Is Over,” and the stadium gave us our creative direction. Every guest would join the TitanX roster, and the merchandise would give them something to do together on the field as well as something to take home.
PLAN
The program began a week before kickoff. Guests who pre-registered received a mailer with a limited-edition challenge coin and a note welcoming them to the roster. The mailer set up the football theme before anyone arrived in Texas.
For the event itself, we built the plan around a live activation. A station where guests make something gives them a shared reason to gather, and the time spent waiting at the press becomes time spent talking with each other. We planned a jersey personalization station where each guest added their own name to the back of a custom TitanX jersey. Whitestone sourced the jerseys and letters and set up three heat presses side by side. Our live printing team staffed the station so the line kept pace with the event.
The rest of the program supported the two days on the field. We drop shipped the giveaway collection and event pieces directly to the stadium, which kept our onsite team focused on the activation. Lawn games gave guests more ways to play together between sessions. Every product carried TitanX red and black, so the giveaways and the event decor read as one system across the stadium floor.
CUSTOM JERSEYS & LIVE HEAT PRESS: The heat press station was set up on the field at AT&T Stadium, with three presses running at once and a Whitestone team member at each. The jerseys are professional-grade football jerseys, cut and constructed like the ones players wear on game day, which gives them a structured athletic fit. Each one was fully sublimated in TitanX colors, with embroidered details and sewn-on twill numbers, and production took three to four weeks ahead of the event. On the field, guests picked out a jersey and watched our team press their name onto the back in pre-cut letters with a stitched-look edge. Clients from different companies waited in line together, which gave them time to talk while each jersey was finished. Every guest left wearing a piece they had a hand in making, made on the same field where they spent the day.
PRODUCT
CHALLENGE COIN MAILER: The gold-tone coin has a black center with PRECISION ‘26 in white and a red-to-orange gradient. AT&T STADIUM • DALLAS TEXAS runs along the top of the rim, and THE VOLUME ERA IS OVER runs along the bottom. Each coin sat in a clear acrylic display block and shipped with a folded note from TitanX.
CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS: Select guests received a custom zinc ring designed like a championship ring. A red X sits on a black textured face inside a halo of clear stones, with TITANX set below it and 2026 on the sides of the band. The rings were laid out on a table on the field for guests to collect.
PLAYER’S KIT: Guests also took home a black duffel with a glossy tone-on-tone logo, a debossed soft cover journal and a recycled aluminum pen. Custom-color crew socks and an embroidered hand towel finished the kit.
GAME DAY DETAILS: A regulation cornhole set and a giant topple tower gave guests something to play between sessions, and full-color popcorn boxes added a ballpark touch. The bar carried printed napkins, stadium cups, stemless tumblers, martini glasses and glow swizzle sticks. Lanyards, table throws, floor clings, LED light cubes, acrylic table signs and handheld signs carried the branding through the rest of the space.
RESULTS
Precision ‘26 brought just over 100 TitanX clients together in person for two days on the field at AT&T Stadium. The jersey station gave every guest a shared experience at the center of the event, and each one left with a jersey carrying their own name and a championship ring to remember it by.
