INSPIRATION
Vredestein Tires, a global leader in the tire industry, has been a valued partner since 2021, with ongoing programs that have delivered consistent results over the years. Building on this relationship, they approached us with a new challenge: creating a reusable, high-impact event package that would replace one-off items often discarded after use. Their events, from Warmup USA classic car races to agricultural showcases, required standout outdoor displays that could travel from event to event without losing quality. The brand wanted to maintain strong visibility at all events while also ensuring sustainability through reuse.
THE PLAN
Vredestein Tires works with an external agency that develops creative designs in line with their global branding. Building from these assets, we presented a product mix that was both visually striking and event-ready.
Our global presence allowed us to design a reverse logistics program capable of moving large-scale items across borders with speed and precision. From U.S. activations to Canadian showcases, Whitestone managed shipping, inspections, storage, and reassembly–ensuring each display was event-ready without delays or quality loss. This infrastructure not only supports sustainability but also reduces the operational strain on the client’s internal team.

To create an impactful, memorable presence, we selected:
PRODUCT
LARGE-SCALE DISPLAYS:
10-ft inflatable tires, an inflatable arch, and an inflatable tent, all designed with Vredestein’s branding for maximum visibility.
EVENT-SPECIFIC GIVEAWAYS:
Combined with oversized visual elements, smaller branded items like scarves, squeegees, and car decals connect with attendees on a more personal level, ensuring Vredestein stood out while also giving attendees items they could take home.
RESULTS
The event package delivered a consistent, high-visibility presence across venues as varied as racetracks and agricultural fairs. Whitestone’s global presence and logistics expertise allowed for efficient reverse logistics–shipping event materials across borders, managing inspections, and preparing them for rapid redeployment. This not only reduced waste but also cut replacement costs, enabling Vredestein Tires to reuse premium displays without sacrificing quality or timing.
