With our Whitestone Avenue offsite bringing our full team together in New York City, we saw an opportunity to extend the energy beyond our walls and reconnect with clients located in the city. We wanted to create a night that went beyond networking and was a true brand experience that combined fun, connection, and creativity. Through curated activations, premium brand showcases, and thoughtful touchpoints, we aimed to spark new conversations and inspire clients with what’s possible when partnering with Whitestone.

We invited local clients through branded email campaigns that reflected the bold, elevated energy of Whitestone Avenue. The evening was set at SLATE NYC, chosen for its playful yet upscale atmosphere that encouraged mingling over food, drinks, and games. To make the experience unforgettable, we designed four unique activations that blended personalization, premium gifting, and hands-on creativity:

IMMERSIVE PHOTO EXPERIENCES: Guests received personalized aura portraits, descriptive color cards, and mini readings for a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

PERSONALIZATION THROUGH EXPERIENCE: Live customization through heat press and brought Whitestone’s creative capabilities to life in real time.

WHITESTONE MERCH: Using overruns and recent Whitestone Avenue merch, clients had the chance to win tote bags, hats, and other exclusive pieces, adding a playful energy to the evening.

PREMIUM RETAIL BRANDS: Guests explored selections from brands like RAINS, Allbirds, Beyond Yoga, Therabody, Native Union, Patagonia, and more, reinforcing Whitestone’s role in connecting clients with retail-level merchandise.

To bring the activations to life, Whitestone handled all logistics and creative support, supplying tables, risers, tablecloths, rolling racks, hangers, and branded merchandise. The activations included:

Aura portrait studio setup with staff and signage.

Custom patches designed for the event, with the option to live heat press on a custom tote bag or baseball hat.

Full tablescapes and displays for partner brand showcases.

A playful Plinko station stocked with Whitestone-created merch.

The night exceeded expectations, with clients sharing glowing feedback on the atmosphere and activations. Many expressed interest in replicating the aura photography and live customization stations at their own upcoming events, requesting quotes directly after the evening. By blending fun, premium branding, and hands-on personalization, the event not only strengthened client relationships but also showcased Whitestone’s ability to design elevated, turnkey experiences that inspire.
