INSPIRATION

Alteryx hosts two major events each year—Inspire and RKO—designed to engage employees, customers, and partners while reinforcing the strength of their brand. For this year’s RKO event in Austin, TX, Alteryx wanted their employees to engage with the brand in a fresh, hands-on way. The focus was giving attendees to explore their swag shop firsthand, share real-time feedback, and make in-person purchases for themselves, their clients, and their families.

PLAN

Whitestone worked closely with Alteryx to refresh their Swag Shop with a mix of new, high-impact items and bestsellers from their online shop.

A key element of the event was the Swag Store, a fully stocked onsite merchandise shop featuring a curated selection of branded products. Alteryx worked with their partners to design an engaging, well-organized retail display, while Whitestone provided and managed the merchandise. With dedicated budgets for branded merchandise, the sales team actively engaged with the store, making it a high-traffic destination throughout the event.

Clothing rack with black and gray jackets and yellow and navy shirts on hangers, positioned indoors on a patterned carpet.
Display of branded merchandise including black jackets, gray and beige t-shirts, water bottles, and black bags, set against a backdrop of a cityscape with tall buildings and a large black and white portrait of a smiling woman.
Laptop displaying an online shopping website with the words 'SHOP ALL' and images of various products under the heading.
Collection of Alteryx branded items including a blue water bottle, a reusable cup, a white candle holder, a blue waist pouch, two small white boxes, a blue tote bag with hand and finger prints, a large navy duffel bag, and a dark gray travel mug, all set against a solid blue background.

PRODUCTS

The Swag Store featured a mix of premium giveaways and purchasable items, including drinkware, apparel, bags, candles, and tech accessories. Every product aligned with Alteryx’s brand identity, ensuring both practicality and appeal for employees.

RESULTS

Beyond sales, the biggest success of the Swag Store was the opportunity to connect with Alteryx employees in person and see their excitement firsthand. The event reinforced the importance of high-quality branded merchandise in fostering team engagement and company pride. The collaboration also demonstrated Whitestone’s ability to offer end-to-end merchandising services—from product curation to onsite execution—providing a valuable, scalable solution for future Alteryx events.
